What Are My Shipping Charges?

Normal shipping is by UPS ground. Shipping charges are calculated on each individual order based upon your zip code and the weight of the items ordered.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

Order processing is generally done within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Depending upon your location, shipping may take another 3-5 days.

What is the Warrantee on the Machines?

Our machines carry a lifetime warrantee against manufacturer's defects.

Do You Accept C.O.D.?

Yes, we do accept C.O.D., however, because there is extra costs assessed by UPS, there will be a fee for all C.O.D. orders. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, or C.O.D. you may mail a check or money order for your purchases.

What is Your Return/Cancellation Policy?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Amerivendllc.com, which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products*. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus the shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
